Product Description
A precision linear shaft is a high-precision, wear-resistant metal shaft used to support and guide linear motion. It achieves extremely low surface roughness through precision grinding and is typically made of bearing steel or stainless steel. It possesses excellent wear resistance, smoothness, and radial clearance control, and is widely used in precision machinery requiring accurate linear transmission, such as automatic machine tools, testing equipment, and optical equipment. It is a key component in linear guide systems.

High Precision: Through precision grinding, the surface roughness can reach below 0.4Ra, ensuring smooth movement.
Excellent Wear Resistance: Typically made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel (SUJ2) or martensitic stainless steel (SUS440C), and treated with heat treatment (annealing, quenching, tempering), resulting in a uniform hardened layer and excellent wear resistance.
High Compatibility: When used with dedicated linear bearings, it allows for radial clearance adjustment, reducing wobble and improving motion smoothness.
Diverse Materials: Different materials such as SCM and SKS can be used according to requirements, supporting customized heat treatment and surface treatment.
Rich Variety of Types: Including standard type (SN/SNS), threaded hole type (SNB/SNSB), etc., for easy integration with support bases and other accessories.
