Product Description
Stainless steel linear shafts are high-precision, wear-resistant linear motion guide components, primarily made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel or martensitic stainless steel. They undergo precision grinding and polishing, resulting in excellent surface roughness (down to 0.4 Ra or less) and high hardness. They are used in hydraulic, pneumatic, printing, and injection molding machinery to provide smooth and precise reciprocating motion. Their surface treatment (such as hard chrome plating) and material selection ensure excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and long service life.

Guiding Function: As a core component of linear guide systems, used in conjunction with linear bearings to achieve precise linear reciprocating motion.
High Precision: Precision grinding and polishing techniques ensure high standards of cylindricity, roundness, and surface roughness.
Excellent Wear Resistance: Special heat treatment (annealing, quenching, tempering) and high-hardness materials ensure a uniform hardened layer and excellent wear resistance.
Good Corrosion Resistance: Stainless steel itself has a certain degree of corrosion resistance, meeting the requirements of different environments.
