Compared to traditional machine tool guide rails, the friction coefficient of rolling guide rails can be reduced to 1/50 of the original value.

Precision guide shafts are high-precision, linear motion guiding components commonly used in various mechanical equipment (such as injection molding machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and FA equipment) as guide rails, cylinder piston rods, or guide columns. They enable smooth, precise, and repeatable linear movement and positioning of components.  Their key features include high surface finish, straightness, and hardness, ensuring long-term reliable guiding performance.

Main Features and Functions:

High Precision: Requires extremely high dimensional and geometric accuracy to ensure smooth movement.

Linear Guidance: Provides a stable, wobble-free motion track.

Load Bearing and Wear Resistance: Can withstand certain radial/axial loads and possesses good wear resistance (usually achieved through heat treatment and grinding).

Wide Range of Applications: Suitable for industrial automation, molds, CNC machine tools, robotics, and other fields.
